Actually working helmet lights MOD

This mod adds a working flashlight to the mining helmet and firefighter's helmet. Press F to turn it on/off.

Bummed out that the mining helmet and the firefighter's helmet, both of which have flashlights attached to them, don't actually light up? Wipe those tears away!

This mod fixes that problem by adding the ability to turn the headlamp on and off by pressing F. It also doesn't take up a mod slot in the helmet, since it's built-in after all!
